Acceptance and eligibility

By using Boddy, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Boddy is not directed to children under 13.

Fitness and nutrition guidance

Boddy provides general educational fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice or a substitute for a physician, dietitian, or qualified trainer. Exercise carries inherent risk. Train within your ability, use safe equipment and surroundings, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or illness.

Subscriptions

Boddy may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. A seven-day free trial may be available for the yearly plan when displayed by the App Store. The exact localized price and trial eligibility appear before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Apple Account settings before the end of the current period. You can restore eligible purchases from the subscription screen.

Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate information, protecting your account and device, and using Boddy lawfully. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

Third-party nutrition data

Some nutrition results are provided through FatSecret and Open Food Facts. When you use those results, the applicable provider terms and database licenses also apply. Boddy displays the source alongside provider-derived content. See the Data Sources & Attributions page, the FatSecret Platform terms, and the Open Database License.

Availability and intellectual property

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued as Boddy develops. Boddy’s app, branding, interfaces, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party content remains subject to its owner’s terms.

Disclaimers and contact

To the extent permitted by law, Boddy is provided “as is” without guarantees that every recommendation, recognition result, or form cue will be accurate. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
